Motor Sailing Yacht Achilleas85 ft length, 20 ft beam, has 5 Double Bed cabins, A/C throughout,  - DVD - TV- CD- RADIO,  In addition to Scuba Diving, other recreational toys are aboard the Achilleas and include:Tender Callegari (4,10m) with Suzuki 50Hp, Water Ski, Tubes , Windsurf , Fishing and Snorkeling equipment. MOTOR SAILING YACHT ACHILLEAS RATE: 2,095 EURO PER PERSON

 

Sailing yacht Margaretta 56 ft length, 27 ft beam, has 4 Double Bed cabins + 1 Single Bed cabin, A/C. CD, Radio. She is fully equipped for Scuba Diving with tanks and on board compressor

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Embarkation on the yacht is at 12:00 Noon on the day the sailing cruise begins.
Times of arrival and departure at the various ports of call are given as a guide and we cannot guarantee that they will be strictly adhered to. Omitting a port of call or making required changes in itinerary does not entitle passengers to any claims or refunds. Every step has been taken to insure that the sports facilities on board are in good working order and their failure does not constitute reason for refunds and or additional claims.
Disembarkation takes place after Breakfast of the last day of the sailing cruise.
PAYMENT
50% deposit is required upon confirmation. Balance of payment is due no less than 120 days prior to day of embarkation.

Such personal expenses such as drinks, laundry and gratuities, (gratuities are optional but as a rule, satisfied clients are expected to give to the captain, at the end of the cruise approximately 7% of the cruise fare for distribu­tion among crew members) medical expenses, shore expenditures incurred ashore, & anything not mentioned in cruise program, are not included in the cruise fare..

CANCELLATIONS
25% refund of payments made for any written cancellation received 120 days prior to sailing. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 120 days prior to sailing.; or for “no shows” even if cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond passenger’s control. Cancellations must be confirmed by Albatross in writing in all cases.
Passengers are advised to purchase a “trip cancellation ” policy in case of any unexpected contingencies.  Passengers are also advised to have their own “ Accidental Health & Accident Insurance “ as the cruise operator does not cover expenses for personal injuries..


CONDITIONS FOR ALL CRUISES:

Omitting a port of call or making required changes in itinerary does not entitle passengers to any claims or refunds. Every step has been taken to insure that the sports facilities on board are in good working order and their failure does not constitute reason for refunds and or additional claims.

Because no lifeguard is provided swimming off the vessels is at the passengers own risk. Although cruise itinerary is almost always followed as indicated, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances, such as exceptionally bad weather, (vessels are not permitted to sail when wind force is 6 – 7 Beaufort)
The Captain, upon whom full responsibility is placed for the safety and comfort of the passengers, may make any required changes, at his discretion. It is further understood that the yacht will raise sails under conditions that permit when wind velocity is over 10 knots and under 25 knots. Times of arrival and departure at the various ports of call are given as a guide and we cannot guarantee that they will be strictly adhered to. Omitting a port of call or making required changes in itinerary does not entitle passengers to any claims or refunds. Every step has been taken to insure that the sports facilities on board are in good working order and their failure does not constitute reason for refunds and or additional claims.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any cruise, in which case the full fare, will be refunded. If necessary, itinerary may be changed and vessel substituted before or after commencement of cruise. Fares are established in accordance with the exchange rate and fuel prices at the time of printing and they are subject to change without notice.
After commencement of sailing cruise, should the vessel sustain any breakdown in machinery or be disabled by fire, grounding or collision for more than 48 hours disrupting the cruise itinerary and if no acceptable alternate arrangement or substitute vessel of similar quality is offered, then passenger will be given a proportional refund per diem of paid cruise fare. No further claims will be accepted. 
Liability of Tour Operator    Scuba Dives are offered only to Certified  Scuba Divers only , certified by recognized Scuba Associations such as PADI,  or NAUI. The Scuba diving trip is offered to qualified divers who are responsible for their conduct and procedures used during their sailing and scuba dive trip. The Tour Operator does not assume any responsibility or liability for injuries, loss, or damages during the dive trip. By signing this Agreement, the diver holds harmless the Scuba Dive Tour Operator form any injuries that may sustained during the dive trip or any other part of the trip.

Coverage provided from Dive Assure includes  Emergency medical, rescue and evacuation expenses for both diving and non-diving related injuries and sicknesses.
Personal diving equipment coverage for damage, loss or theft. Death/Total and permanent disability – Non-diving related
It is further recognized that Owner companies of the vessels and Tour operators are a Greek company, and that the  vessels are of Greek registry under the jurisdiction of Greek law. Any disputes relating to this agreement will be resolved solely according to Greek law in Greek courts.
The Agents Messrs (__ALBATROSS__)  of the Owner / Operator, act in good faith on behalf of both Owner / Operator of the Tour and Charter Clients but contract as Agents only and in no way incur any liability for any acts, matters or things done, committed, omitted or suffered by either party, except for the responsibilities provided by the pertinent legislation of Greece. In the event of any dispute arising between the parties hereto with respect to either Agreement or anything contained herein, the same shall be referred to two Arbitrators in Greece, one to be appointed by each party, whose decision shall be final, or to an Umpire in Greece to be appointed by such Arbitrators, if and when they shall disagree,  the decision in such event of the Umpire to be final.
Above conditions shall constitute the sole con­tract between  Albatross Charters acting on behalf of the Owner / Tour operator of vessels and passengers unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Owner / Tour Operator reserves the right to replace the vessel on a particular cruise date with a similar vessel providing same accommodation standards and services.
